Our main coverage area is throughout Florida, but we can arrange transportation to neighboring states like Georgia, Alabama, and the Carolinas. Contact us to discuss your specific interstate transportation needs.

For standard transportation, we recommend booking 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that construction and industrial schedules can change rapidly, so we also offer same-day and next-day services when our fleet is available. For emergency situations, we provide 24/7 response services.

Our comprehensive service includes route planning, proper permits and escorts when required, professional loading and securing of equipment, real-time GPS tracking, and delivery confirmation. We also provide all necessary tie-downs, chains, and securing equipment. Insurance coverage and liability protection are included in all our services.

Pricing & Booking

Our pricing is based on several factors including distance, equipment size and weight, route complexity, permit requirements, and urgency. We provide transparent, detailed quotes with no hidden fees. Standard rates apply during business hours, with premium rates for after-hours, weekend, and emergency services. We offer volume discounts for regular clients and long-term contracts.

Yes, we provide 24/7 emergency hauling services. Emergency service is available for urgent situations like equipment breakdowns, project delays, or time-sensitive deliveries. Emergency services carry a premium rate, typically 1.5x standard rates. We maintain an on-call team specifically for emergency response situations.

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. For regular business clients, we offer net-30 payment terms with approved credit. We also provide detailed invoicing with project codes for easy expense tracking.

We provide free, no-obligation quotes for all potential jobs. Our quotes are detailed and include all costs upfront - no surprises. Quotes are typically provided within 4 hours during business hours, or next business day for complex jobs requiring route analysis. Emergency quotes can be provided within 1 hour.

Safety & Insurance

Yes, Hauling Ace is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry comprehensive commercial auto insurance, general liability insurance, and cargo insurance. We're DOT compliant and maintain all required permits for heavy haul operations. Our insurance coverage includes up to $2 million in liability protection, and we can provide certificates of insurance upon request.

While equipment damage is extremely rare due to our professional handling procedures, we carry comprehensive cargo insurance that covers the full replacement value of your equipment. We conduct thorough pre-transport inspections and document the condition of all equipment. In the unlikely event of damage, we have a streamlined claims process and work directly with insurance companies to resolve issues quickly.

Our drivers are trained in proper load securement techniques and use only DOT-approved tie-downs, chains, and securing equipment. We follow all DOT regulations for load securement and conduct pre-trip and en-route inspections. Each piece of equipment is secured using multiple redundant systems, and we document the securement process with photos for your records.

All our drivers hold current CDL licenses with appropriate endorsements, have clean driving records, and complete regular safety training. Our drivers are certified in heavy haul operations, load securement, and defensive driving. We conduct regular drug testing, background checks, and maintain strict hiring standards to ensure only the most qualified professionals handle your equipment.

Logistics & Tracking

Yes, all our trucks are equipped with GPS tracking systems that provide real-time location updates. You'll receive a tracking link when your shipment begins, allowing you to monitor progress 24/7. We also provide proactive updates at key milestones and can send notifications to multiple stakeholders if needed.

Absolutely. We handle all permit requirements for oversized and overweight loads, including state permits, local permits, and special routing permits. When required, we arrange certified pilot car escorts and coordinate with local authorities. All permit costs are included in your quote, and we handle the entire process so you don't have to worry about compliance.

Safety is our top priority, so we may delay shipments due to severe weather conditions. We monitor weather patterns continuously and will proactively communicate any potential delays. In case of weather delays, we don't charge additional fees, and we'll work to reschedule delivery as soon as conditions are safe. We provide regular updates during any weather-related delays.

We coordinate all loading and unloading activities with you and your team. Our drivers are experienced in working with various loading equipment including cranes, forklifts, and ramps. We can arrange for specialized loading equipment if needed, though this may involve additional costs. We always ensure proper communication between our drivers and your site personnel for safe, efficient loading operations.
